Chaos Rising is the fourth expansion of the Mega Evolution-era. According to TCGPlayer.com, there are SEVERAL cards that already exceed the cost of all sealed formats (Booster Boxes, ETBs, etc.).

Both Mega Greninja ex's (116/086 & 122/086) are already double the price of Booster Boxes before release.

ME04 looks like it'll pick up where Perfect Order left off with SIRs and a MHR that people will be ripping to chase.
