Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping is calculated based on order weight. Current domestic U.S. shipping tiers:

We use USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit, including bubble wrap and protective boxes.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Collector Drop Orders
For Collector Drop products, selected buyers will receive a private checkout link. Shipping for these orders is calculated using the same weight-based tiers.
